Are you thinking about getting divorced? What type of divorce is right for you?
This workshop is designed for members of the general public who have questions about the divorce process.
Options to be discussed include do-it-yourself dissolution, collaboration, mediation, do-it-yourself litigation, and litigation with full legal representation.
Please note that this is not a legal clinic and no legal advice will be given.
The Alaska Association of Collaborative Professionals is a multidisciplinary association of family lawyers, financial professionals, mediators, and licensed counselors with years of experience helping clients through their divorce.
The presenters for this Workshop will include one lawyer, one CPA, and one family therapist.
